Online Orders for Products
Order Acceptance: All Orders for Products through our Site or Services are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject all or part of an Order for any reason prior to shipment.
Prices: All Product prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but Products in your Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the Order is placed.
Payment: Payment for Products must be made by credit or debit card through our Site or Services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You represent that you are authorized to make purchases using the card you provide.
Shipping: We will ship your Order to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ship accepted Orders within 2-4 business days of Order acceptance. Actual delivery times may vary based on origin, destination, customs, delays, weather and other factors. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with any Product purchased through our Site or Services, you may request a return by emailing us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Any Products returned must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s), we will refund the full purchase amount minus any applicable shipping and handling costs. Custom made Products may not be returned or refunded.
Cancellations: You may cancel unshipped Orders at any time prior to shipment. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Returns policy above.
Product Availability: We will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate availability information on our Site, but we do not guarantee that any Product shown will be available at the time an Order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any Order, in whole or in part, if a Product becomes unavailable for any reason prior to shipment.
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any Product purchased through our Site or Services is limited to the purchase price of that Product plus any applicable taxes or shipping costs. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the purchase or use of any Product.
